Overview
Calling Scripts is the selected client's reusable library for generating, writing, importing, reviewing, and applying cold-call talk tracks. The Operational workflow panel shows the intended sequence from client context and script style through structured editing and review before a selected saved version is applied. The panel is interactive: select a stage to read its detail, or use Previous, Next, and Play controls to move through the sequence. Selecting a stage stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage.
How to use this page
Select the client and open the library
Choose the client in the switcher. If a current Playbook snapshot exists, it opens by default and is labeled Current Playbook.
Follow the operational workflow
Use the panel to confirm the client Playmaker and selected style, generate or edit a structured conversation, review it, and publish the selected saved version only when ready. Select a stage to read it in detail. Use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time. Play advances through the sequence automatically, and selecting a stage stops playback. The counter shows the current stage. Keyboard users can use arrow keys, Home, and End while a stage is focused.
Choose or create a script
Use New Script to write manually, generate with Playmaker, import content, or create an eligible Playbook draft.
Review and apply a version
Edit blocks, notes, and ordering. Use Apply to Campaign only when you intentionally want to update a campaign.
Export or reuse content
Use version actions to export, duplicate, or reuse objection blocks while preserving other campaign sections.
What the buttons do
- Operational workflow
- An interactive four-stage workflow explorer. Select a stage to read its detail, use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time, or Play and Pause the sequence. Manual stage selection stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage. It does not take an action on its own.
- New Script
- Opens the manual, AI, import, and eligible Playbook-draft paths.
- Apply to Campaign
- Applies the reviewed open script version to a selected campaign.
