Overview
Deliverability shows sending health for the selected client, including date-range trends, recipient-provider performance, client-owned domain authentication, and available placement results. The Operational workflow panel summarizes that the dashboard surfaces signals and recommendations for review before someone changes a control. The panel is interactive: select a stage to read its detail, or use Previous, Next, and Play controls to move through the sequence. Selecting a stage stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage.
How to use this page
Select the client
Employees select a client before opening the dashboard. Client users see only their own account.
Choose a date range
Use 7d, 30d, 90d, or custom From and To dates to reload the dashboard.
Follow the operational workflow
Read the panel as a guide to the dashboard: choose the health signals, inspect trends and recommendations, then use the existing appropriate dashboard control or monitor a later range. Select a stage to read it in detail. Use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time. Play advances through the sequence automatically, and selecting a stage stops playback. The counter shows the current stage. Keyboard users can use arrow keys, Home, and End while a stage is focused.
Filter by sending domain
When domains are available, choose one to narrow sending and warmup activity. Use All Domains for complete totals.
Read health and placement results
Review volume, engagement, bounce and unsubscribe measures, DNS health, provider results, and available inbox placement outcomes. Employees may have extra operational controls.
Use staff-only controls carefully
Employees can review recommended actions, volume goals, eligible test mailboxes, and placement testing. Client users can review available results but cannot run a placement test.
What the buttons do
- Operational workflow
- An interactive four-stage workflow explorer. Select a stage to read its detail, use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time, or Play and Pause the sequence. Manual stage selection stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage. It does not take an action on its own.
- 7d / 30d / 90d
- Loads a preset range for the selected client.
- Sending domain
- Narrows available activity to one client-owned sending domain.
- Inbox placement test
- Shows available tagged-probe placement outcomes. The run control is employees only.
