Overview
Email Cadences creates, edits, saves, and applies Post-Call and Auto-Cadence email drafts for the selected client. The Operational workflow panel shows the intended sequence from Playmaker and campaign settings, through an editable draft, to review before application. While you edit a subject or body, the draft autosaves shortly after you pause and reports whether it is saving, saved, or needs attention. Each email step can also use an optional Variant B for an A/B alternative.
How to use this page
Pick the client and start a campaign
Choose the client, then click New Campaign to create a Playmaker-assisted or manual draft.
Follow the operational workflow
Use the top panel to confirm the selected Playmaker and campaign settings, create an editable cadence, review each step, and apply it only when ready. Select a stage to read it in detail. Use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time. Play advances through the sequence automatically, and selecting a stage stops playback. The counter shows the current stage. Keyboard users can use arrow keys, Home, and End while a stage is focused.
Choose how to create a campaign
Choose Playmaker generation when the value proposition is complete, or Write manually for a blank draft.
Generate or write the sequence
Set the sequence type, style, and steps, then generate or write the emails. Open an email to edit its subject or rich-text body. Changes autosave shortly after you pause, and the editor shows Saving changes, Saved, or a save error. Select Save to send the current change immediately. Cancel leaves edit mode and does not undo changes that already saved.
Add or pause a Variant B
Use Add Variant B on an email step to create an alternate version. Once it is enabled, switch between Variant A and Variant B using the tabs and edit either version. Select Variant B on to pause the alternative, or enable it again when ready. Disabled variants stay out of campaign application and PDF export.
Review before applying
Check subject lines, enabled variants, merge fields, and body copy. Generation and editing do not change a live campaign.
Apply the templates to a campaign
Use Apply to Campaign only after review, choose the target campaign, and confirm the intended Post-Call or Auto-Cadence destination. Only enabled variants are applied.
What the buttons do
- Operational workflow
- An interactive four-stage workflow explorer. Select a stage to read its detail, use Previous and Next to move one stage at a time, or Play and Pause the sequence. Manual stage selection stops playback, and the counter shows your current stage. It does not take an action on its own.
- New Campaign
- Starts a manual or Playmaker-assisted email campaign draft.
- Add Variant B / Variant B on
- Adds an alternate version for one email step, or turns the existing alternate version off. A disabled Variant B can be enabled again.
- Variant A / Variant B
- Switches the displayed email version for a step when Variant B is enabled.
- Save (email editor)
- Immediately saves the current subject and body. Edits also autosave shortly after you pause.
- Cancel (email editor)
- Leaves the email editor and stops any queued unsaved change. It does not undo edits that already saved.
- Apply to Campaign
- Writes the reviewed, enabled templates to the selected campaign.
