Overview

The Manual Dialer places one-off calls for the selected client using that deal's phone numbers and logs each call against the deal. Link a contact to add the result to their record, or dial a number directly.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client and caller ID

Pick the client in the top-right switcher and wait until the Phone readiness chip reads Ready. Choose one of the deal's active Caller IDs before placing a call.

  2. Find a contact or enter a number

Search for a client contact to attach the call to their record, or enter a phone number directly. Press Enter in the number field to call when the phone and caller ID are ready.

  3. Place the call and use the dial pad

Select Call or press Enter to dial. During a live call, use the on-screen keypad to send touch tones to the prospect line for an IVR, extension, or dial-by-name menu. Use Mute as needed, then select Hang Up.

  4. Log the outcome

Choose a disposition, add notes, and save the log. Toast feedback confirms whether the call log was saved.
