Overview

Email History is the audit trail of outbound campaign email for the selected client. Export now includes a filter summary, engagement totals, and per-email delivery and engagement details.

How to use this page

  1. Select the client

Pick the client in the top-right switcher. Every email shown belongs to that deal's campaigns.

  2. Set the date range

Use Start and End to choose an exact window. The page reloads matching sends when either date changes.

  3. Filter and search

Narrow the list with All Campaigns and All Users, or search a contact, company, recipient or sender address, or subject.

  4. Read the table

Each row shows Contact, Company, To, From, Subject, Preview, Type, cadence Step, Campaign, Sent by, and Sent time. Click a contact name to open its contact record, or click elsewhere in the row to open the full email.

  5. Export engagement details

Select Export CSV to download the filtered and sorted rows. The file begins with the selected date range, filters, generated time, sent volume, and opened, clicked, replied, bounced, and unsubscribed totals and rates. Each email row includes those engagement and timestamp fields.
