Overview

Manage outreach campaigns for the selected client: create, pause, resume, rename, duplicate, split, combine, search, reorder, and archive campaigns. Each row shows live campaign counts. Eligible internal managers can create a compatible filtered calling pool, while a campaign split now requires a saved two-SDR assignment plan before memberships move. SDRs can review campaign status but cannot activate or pause a campaign.

How to use this page

  1. Select a client and scan campaigns

Choose the client in the switcher. The summary shows campaign counts and pacing, while each campaign row links to its detail page and exposes actions allowed for your role. SDRs can see each campaign's Active or Paused status but cannot change it.

  2. Search, order, and create campaigns

Search by campaign name, SDR, or creator. Eligible internal manager roles can save a personal order from the unfiltered active view. Use New Campaign for a standard campaign, or the authorized filtered calling-pool flow where available.

  3. Split a campaign safely when authorized

Select the Split action on an active campaign with at least two contacts. Review the company-safe two-half preview, then choose two different SDRs before confirmation: one for the original campaign and one for the new paused half. Named companies stay in one half, while contacts with no company can be distributed individually.

  4. Confirm or resume the split

Confirming preserves the original campaign's settings and sender aliases, copies both to the new child, and leaves that child paused for readiness review. Progress is saved after every batch. If a move pauses safely, reopen the saved plan and select Resume split. When complete, review the recorded contact-count, SDR-assignment, sender-readiness, and company-group verification before selecting Done.

  5. Use other campaign actions

Use Actions to pause, resume, rename, duplicate, combine, or archive when your access allows it. Campaign status controls are disabled for SDRs. Combining moves contacts into a standard destination campaign. Playbook campaigns cannot participate in a combine.

Common questions

The split is intentionally a two-person plan. The original and the new paused half must have different SDR assignments saved before memberships can move.
No. The preview and verification keep each named company in one half. Contacts with no company are distributed individually.
No. The child starts paused. It copies the original settings and sender aliases, but the team can review sender readiness before activation.
Its progress and assignments are saved. The operation pauses safely, then Resume split continues the same plan when it is safe to do so.
No. Source campaigns, enrollments, and cadence history remain unchanged. The new pool is a snapshotted callable set with source provenance.
SDR accounts are read-only for campaign lifecycle status. You can review the current status, but a client user or non-SDR staff member must activate or pause the campaign.
