Overview

Manage a campaign's contacts, copy, outreach, reporting, campaign-specific disposition follow-ups, and staff-only contact eligibility. Contact eligibility can require matching contacts to meet campaign rules or client-wide rules, and changes are previewed before any active enrollment is removed. Asked for Info templates can add extra Cc recipients for every manual or automatic follow-up. Client users and non-SDR staff can use the top status toggle to activate or pause a campaign, while SDRs can view its status only.

How to use this page

  1. Review campaign contacts

Open Contacts to see enrolled prospects and saved table layout preferences. Imports that create or update contacts but do not match this campaign's eligibility rules show an Outside eligibility rules result instead of enrolling those contacts.

  2. Check or change campaign status

Use the Active or Paused toggle at the top of the page when your role allows it. SDRs can see the campaign status but cannot activate or pause it. Completed campaigns cannot be toggled.

  3. Configure contact eligibility (staff)

In Settings, expand Contact Eligibility. Choose whether the rules apply to this campaign only or all campaigns for the selected client, then select custom rules, client-wide rules, or no rules. Add up to 20 contact-property rules and choose whether a contact must match all or any rule. Preview and Apply shows the matching contacts, active contacts to remove, and pending emails to cancel before you confirm. Future enrollments, emails, and calls use the applied rules, while outreach history stays intact.

  4. Configure campaign meeting emails

In Settings, manage Meeting hand-off and Meeting confirmation templates. Both support scheduled-meeting merge fields such as {Date} and {Time}.

  5. Configure an Asked for Info follow-up

In Settings, open the campaign's Disposition email templates and edit Asked for Info. Enter valid comma-separated addresses in Extra Cc (optional) to copy them on each manual or automatic Asked for Info email. The prospect remains the only To recipient.

  6. Open campaign reporting

Choose Email Reporting, then Email Analytics to review campaign-only engagement, activity, and click records. Its quick ranges and custom dates use Eastern Time.

  7. Export email reporting

Set the date range and sequence filter you need, then select Export CSV. The download includes the report context, summary totals, daily performance, cadence-step performance, and template or variant performance.

Common questions

Every valid comma-separated address saved in the campaign Asked for Info template is copied on manual and automatic follow-ups. The prospect remains the only To recipient.
The page first previews matching contacts, active enrollment removals, and pending emails to cancel. After confirmation, nonmatching contacts leave active enrollment, future enrollments, emails, and calls follow the rules, and existing outreach history remains available.
Yes, staff can choose All [client] campaigns in Contact Eligibility. This replaces existing campaign-specific eligibility overrides and becomes the default for future campaigns for that client.
The contact may have been created or updated in Contacts but not matched the campaign's eligibility rules. The import result labels that outcome Outside eligibility rules.
It includes the selected report context and summary, plus daily, cadence-step, and template or variant performance for the current reporting view.
No. Human open and click figures exclude bots and likely scanners. The export separately labels all-event counts where relevant.
SDRs can review the current campaign status but cannot change it. A client user or non-SDR staff member can activate or pause the campaign when appropriate.
