Overview

Potential Meetings is the selected client's shortlist of warm prospects who are still in play. SDR views use saved potential-queue ownership, while managers retain the full authorized client view and approved relief coverage can work the covered SDR's queue.

How to use this page

  1. Open the potential queue

Choose a client, then use Search, sub-status, Filters, Past potentials, and sorting to focus the warm prospects that need attention.

  2. Work the assigned prospects

SDRs see prospects assigned to their saved potential-queue ownership. Managers retain the full authorized client view, and an approved relief assignment can work the covered SDR's queue.

  3. Follow up or book

Use a row's call action to open the dialer for an eligible prospect, or use Book to enter the meeting date and time, timezone, source, optional owner, and description.
