Overview
Meeting Detail shows one booked meeting for the selected client, with its schedule, status, owner, source, qualification, contact information, notes, and saved recording. Authorized SDR managers can also correct an accidental Meeting Set by restoring the exact prior status.
How to use this page
Open a booked meeting
From Booked Meetings, open the relevant record. The page shows the contact name and company, status, schedule, time zone, source, setter, owner, and the contact's qualification and contract value.
Play a saved recording
When a recording is available, use the player in the Recording section to listen without opening a separate page.
Edit a meeting when authorized
Employees can select Edit Meeting to update meeting and contact fields. Select Save Changes when finished or Cancel to discard unsaved edits.
Correct an accidental Meeting Set
An authorized SDR manager can select Correct Meeting Set when the contact is currently Meeting Set. Add an optional reason, then select Restore prior status. This restores the exact pre-booking status and clears only this booking's Meeting Set attribution and date. The original call and history stay intact.
Handle a no-show or delete an incorrect meeting
Authorized users can select Mark No-Show and provide a reason. Authorized users can select Delete after confirming. Delete un-books the meeting and cannot be undone.
