Overview

Login is the secure entry point for clients and SalesHive employees. Enter your work email first. SalesHive employees continue with Google, while clients receive a one-time code by email. When SalesHive finds a new client email that matches one organization, it asks you to confirm that organization before creating access and sending the code. If your client account has multiple active organization workspaces and a newer workspace is suggested, confirm it before continuing. Use the theme toggle in the top-right corner if you prefer a different appearance.

How to use this page

  1. Open the login page

Go to app.saleshive.com/login directly, or follow a link from SalesHive. Enter the work email address you use with SalesHive, then select Continue securely.

  2. Continue as an employee or client

An @saleshive.com address continues to SalesHive Google sign-in. A client address receives an eight-digit one-time sign-in code by email. Enter the code on the next screen to continue. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can be used once.

  3. Confirm a matched organization for new client access

If SalesHive finds one organization that matches a new client email, review the organization name. Select Yes, continue to [organization] to create access and receive the sign-in code. Select No, this is not my organization if it is incorrect, then contact your SalesHive account manager or use a different email.

  4. Confirm a suggested organization after sign-in

If your client account has access to more than one active organization and SalesHive suggests a newer workspace, confirm the named organization to continue there. This updates your active client workspace. A link that is specifically scoped to a different organization is not opened after the confirmation.

  5. Use a training account when assigned

SalesHive SDR training accounts use the dedicated Training access form after you enter the assigned training email. Enter the assigned training password, then select Sign in.

Common questions

For a new client email with one matching organization, SalesHive asks you to verify the organization before it creates access and sends a sign-in code. This helps keep access tied to the right client workspace.
Your client account may have more than one active organization workspace. When SalesHive suggests a newer workspace that differs from your saved default, confirm it to make that workspace active for this session.
Select No, this is not my organization. SalesHive will not connect you to it. Contact your SalesHive account manager to correct access, or select Use a different email.
Usually, yes. A safe callback link returns you to its CRM or Platform path after sign-in. If you confirm a different organization, a link that is specifically scoped to another organization is not opened.
Login uses the dark appearance when you have no saved theme preference. Select the theme toggle in the top-right corner to change it.
